Please don't buy flats built by ARK Builders. I bought one in their Bollarum project. They provided very cheap electricity transformers and it goes off every month and we had spent many nights without sleep due to lack of electricity. Also, no municipal water connection for the past 6 years. None of their promises have been fulfilled. Cheap company Was this information helpful? |
