Artha Property — not refunding

I booked Artha Sovereign in Hoskote 5 years back. For 3 years they kept saying they will register the land. Finally they did not. Now they are not refunding my money. Since 6 months I am following up very robustly by calling them up which apparently is troubling them. They do not communicate clearly or false promises.

I am truly disappointed in them.

I bought one plot in Artha Serene, and the commitment time of completion this project was Jyly 2017, I sent mail so many time as well as i logged the ticket on artha site, but nobody are replying anything.
