Sir,
With reference to the captioned subject I have availed of motor cycle loan facility having loan A/c No. [protected] as per Credit sanction advice letter provided by branch. Loan had been sanction for 24 months with compound interest @10.20% an amounting to Rs. 52000/- with an EMI Rs. 2405/- from 15.01.2016.
My Grievances
An amount of Rs. 55000/- has already been deposited up to 30.12.2017. Whereas, if we calculate as per sanction advice the total amount will be of Rs. 57704/- for 24 months. Despite of my regular payments, still Rs. 9714 is due on me as per present laser from the laser of Rs. 7010 is being charged from your end.
As such you are requested to kindly rectified the outstanding amount against the above loan and intimate to the undersign the actual outstanding amount to deposit immediately and avoid over payment.
