I am experiencing frequent disruptions in network and slow connectivity, raised the complaint with the concerned sales and service guy... I was amazed by the remarks made by him 'Aapki galti hai ek hi network pe bharosa kar rahe ho, agar connectivity itni important hai to do network rakho'.
Now there is water coming from the cable, when raised the complaint again the concerned guy is like 'Baarish hai kya kar sakte hain, aap office main baat karo, but ye sab hamari responsibility nahin hai'.
My daughter is in std 12, she is having her online lectures, my wife is a principal she has to manage online lectures of school, I have my own work... We are dependent on connectivity.
Connectivity is down since last evening, all the phones are either switched off or there is no response. Was this information helpful? |
