Ashtavinayak Developer — possession of flat not insight

Dear sir,
I have booked the flat in 2013 and done the sale agreement in 2015. Builder supposed to complete the project till dec 2016. After 6 months of scheduled date, there is hardly 60% of work is done and there is no significant progress on the project. Builder is giving the false promises about the possession of the project.

We have take the loan from bob and significant emi is going.

Please help us to get the possession of flat asap.
