It's a first day of Karthikeya 2 movie, I went 1st show to this movie in Asian Srinivasa-Khammam, pin-507001, its been 2hours still I'm not getting any cooling in this theatre, I paid around 500rs to me and My friends tickets and hence I came to theatre in this OTT times, though I'm not getting any theater environment here because of the lack of Air conditioning, please take necessary action on this
