Asian Cinemas — I'm complaining about my theatre experience(Damanged Seats)

I have booked my seats in bookmyshow in Asian Lakshmikala Cinepride on 30th March 2024. My theatre is Chandrakala. My sweats are V15, 16(Gold). The V16 seat is damaged and no one responded on this issues. My complete movie experience was worst. Felt uncomfortable and it was all waste of my money.
