[Resolved]  Asian Paint — Ecommerce order is not yet deliver after 12 days of ordering, not even shipped

Updated by Taher bag Experienced worst service from ecommerce order from asian paints website. I had order a product from their website on 25 sept 2020 which is prepaid. Its 7 oct and till not the product is yet been shipped by the company. Everyday they assign shippment to shipping company and at the end mention that pickup failed shipment not ready. This is happening from almost 2nd day of my order. Neither their helpline number is reachable nor they are properly replies mails. When we tag them on social media they always says that we are escalate tour issue and we will contact you shortly but after 5 days also not a single person bothered to call me. Either you cancel my order and give my paid amount back or deliver it. This is such a frustrating thing a customer can ever face
Please understand and take a proper action and help it in delivering as soon as possible🙏🙏
