[Resolved]  Asian Paints — Asian Paints is Cheating customers

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CAME ACROSS WITH ASIAN PAINTS I recently availed the service from Asian Paints for both Consultancy at home and Home solutions but I ended up with only regret of paying around INR 50, 000/- For Consultancy at home, one executive by name Sharath visited my flat and I asked him to send some options for my POP and walls. He promised to send it through mail reply so I sent him an mail keeping the another executive Nagesh (who demanded to be my point of contact for the service but now no trace) in cc. During the last moment when I didn't receive any response from him through mail I called Sharath but he replied saying that can't help as he left the organization. In the other side my Applicator was waiting to put the paint. Finally I had to paint without receiving any update for colour combination after even paying INR 1500 for the consultation. In between called customer care several times to get a quick solution but they lied to solve it which never got solved till the painting was over. This was just the begining, later once I visited on promised day when painting should be over I found lots of cracks and patches on almost every wall though I paid money for crack seals etc. Most surprisingly, I found, I paid the service charge for Royal Shine but they are using cheaper paint i.e Royal Emulsion to paint my walls. Once I caught the applicator on spot they tried to fool me saying it is similar. Immediately I complained to Project Manager Mr. Abhishek through call and he denied to accept my complain. When I said I have the proof of image then the spoke to applicator and asked apology. Then again the painting work started using Royal Shine. HOW BIG CHEATER IS THIS COMPANY??? IF I WOULDN"T HAVE NOICED THEN I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY BEING CHEATED. WHAT IS THE USE OF PAYING SO HIGH PRICE IF I NEED TO GET CHEATED. SO SO SO SO SO AND SO POOR AND DISGUSTING SERVICE. WHAT IS THE USE OF PROJET MANAGER IF CUSTOMER ONLY HAS TO VISIST THE SITE AGAIN AND AGAIN WITH TOO MUCH OF TENSION AND HASSEL!!! Initially I thought of excusing them but a customer I definitely put it across to others so they can be careful and think twice before availing the service from ASIAN PAINTS. OTHERS PLEAS BE CAREFUL FROM THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE POSSIBILITIES THAT YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET CHEATED I[censored] ARE NOT LUCKY ENOUGH LIKE ME TO CATCH THEM WITH EVIDENCES. After all these nonsense again the site manager came to get my feedback. I showed him the disgusting work is being done at my site where in all the light walls previous colour was popping up from background and lots of bubbles on the walls. To solve this again they sent the same applicators for one more cote of painting which finally didn't resolve my problem, rather one more day's hassle to stand with them. More on that I had to hear words from the aplicators that because of my complain they were punished etc. etc. Do I really deserve to hear all these??? IS IT CALLED HASSEL FREE SERVICE??? FOR THIS STUPID SERVICE SHOULD I PAY around INR 50, 000/- IS IT A JOKE??? Finally after all these, I clearly communicated to ASIAN PAINTS EXECUTIVES not to contact me further as they already messed up everything from last 7 days. I have lost the peace of mind for a simple painting servise and that to after handling it over to so called big brand like ASIAN PAINTS. My over all rating will be in minus if possible to this service of ASIAN PAINTS. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE. MY SUGGESTION: PLEASE REFER ANY OTHER BRAND OR APPLICATOR BUT NOT ASIAN PAINTS> THEY WILL SIMPLY EAT UP UR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND NOTE: ASAIN PAINTS FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND ME INR 1500/- AS A REFUND OF INCONVENIENVCE IN COLUR CONSULTANCY AT HOME. REAL TIME JOKE, CHARGING 50, 000/- FOR THIS MUCH OF TROUBLE AND INSULTING RETURNING OF 1500/-.
