Asian Paints — Issue raised regarding issue in Modular Kitchen

I have raised the query on 27 June-23 with complaint No[protected] for service support to our Modular Kitchen which is under 10 year warranty, still i am waiting to call from Service Support .

this is second time to happen with me.
