[Resolved] Asian Paints — Material delivery issue | |||
Hi, This is with regards to our order for project "Sai Plaza" Hinjewadi, near to TCS phase-3, Pune.The registered number is [protected]-Sanjay Godambe. We have given order on last Monday(23/05). Your marketing executive Praveen Gupta"from Pune committed to deliver the material on same day. Our payment also deducted by the same day. But still we didn't received our material. Marketing person even not bother to receive our call & update the status. Then we reached to customer care call center, After 3-4 days continuous follow up they didn't provide the update as well. Because of your delay we face loss of 10K.so this loss should be bared by Asian paint. Kindly update on this. So that I will launch the complaint in consumer court.
