[Resolved] Asian Paints — Negative result of paint

We have used Asian paint apex ultima on the roof. It was done in the month of April 2022 and in the month of August, we can clearly see moss and mold in those areas. Ultima paint was claiming to be completely protected from this but within 4 months it turned to be completely negative
