Hi,
I have complained (complaint number: 291221C19236) about painting issues came up within just 15 days after availing Safe Painting Services from such an esteemed worldwide company like Asian Paints on 28 Dec, 2021 through mail including all the supporting documents and pictures.
The mail is having subject : Complaint about walls swelling after availing Asian Paints Safe Painting Service
But, every time, I send a reminder mail to customercare, they reply that "it is already escalated, somebody from the concerned team will contact me soon".
But its now almost 1 month (today is 21-Jan-2022), nobody contacted me.
Need urgent action on my complaint no: 291221C19236.

Hope, this time also, they don't reply the same as before :
"We have escalated your concerns once again to the relevant department. They will look into this issue at the earliest and work towards resolving all your queries."
OR
"We apologize for the disappointing experience faced by you.
We would like to inform you that your concerns are duly noted, and the respective teams have been notified about the same.
We assure you that our team will contact you and address all the issues faced by you. "
