We utilized your painting services through your representative Afaque during August/September of 2022. However, we have encountered an issue with the painting where the color is popping out and turning yellow. This issue was brought to your attention after 4 months of the completion of the work, and since then, we have had 2 technician visits with no resolution. Additionally, there has been a change in a representative from Afaque to Aditya, who has also failed to provide a fix. The service we have received from such a reputed name like Asian Paints has been extremely disappointing. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and finalize the touch-up job as soon as possible.
