[Resolved] Asian Paints — poor quality of paints and poor response from asian paints executive | |||
I purchased Asian paints ( for exterior application for my home ) from COLOR HOUSE, the asian paints dealer in kottayam kerala in 2013 january. With few months itself, one type of paint(which was applied on compund wall) was peeling off. I reported this to the dealer and they gave 1 litre paint to touch up the area. after about 1 year, another type (which was applied on wall of the house) started peeling off from various locations. Now there are lot of patches all around the wall and it spolit the look of the building. I reported the matter again to the dealer and they sent one executive to check . The executive after inspecting told me that he will contact u later. Now its almost one month over and no response from him. He is not responding to my phone calls also.
