[Resolved]  Asian Paints — Safe painting services

On 25.10.20 I received Asian paint's safe painting Apex Ultima Protek for extirior and Royale-aspira for Interior service quotation for Rs.88232.00 as per terms and conditions of Asian paint and painting work till 30.01.2021 Rented Rs. 22058.00 in four installments and Rs. 71360.00 was paid to the Asian Paint, While the quality of the work done by Asian Paint was very low, contrary to the claims of Asian Paint, the painting work was done by Asian Paint in a very dirty manner, which was complained during the work and after the work was over Was also done by me to the officials of Asian Paint which can be verified from the call record which is available with Asian Paint.
Company in lieu of the additional work done, But as it was committed by Asian Paint before giving the quotation that within one month of the completion of the work, I will be issued a warranty card for the work done, but despite almost 15 months being bit, till now the Asian Paint not given to me by, As before giving the quotation, it was committed by Asian Paint that within one month of the completion of the work, warranty card will be issued to me for the work done, But even after almost 15 months, it has not been given to me by Asian Paint yet.I was given false assurance by Asian Paint and despite many excuses, I have not yet been given warranty card, mainly Asian Paint's official Gaurav Kumar mobile no. [protected], [protected], krishna kumar mobile no. [protected], kuldeep kumar mobile no. [protected], and the customer care of Asian Paint fooled me by all these, yet the warranty card has not been given to me and in the end Gaurav Kumar has even said that you have to do it, but you will not get the warranty, And started quoting the rules and regulations indiscriminately whereas before giving the quotation, the people of Asian Paint had promised me that you will get the warranty card within one month of completion of the work, Meanwhile, I had also complained to Gaurav Kumar about paint damage, but no action has been taken so far. I should be given a warranty card for the work done by Asian Paint Company without any delay and it should also be kept in mind that due to all these acts of Asian Paint and its officials, I am also facing mental harassment.
