I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the unresolved issues I have been facing regarding the paint job conducted by Asian Paints at my property. Despite multiple attempts to address the concerns, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution.
To provide a brief recap, Asian Paints undertook a contract (Quote details:) at my property in September 2022. One of the services I opted for was "AP SMARTCARE, ADVANCE DAMP, PROOF | 5457, ". The Asian Paints representative assured me that this service would provide 100% waterproofing and a 10-year guarantee. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the project.
Regrettably, the results have been far from satisfactory. I have observed numerous bubble formations on the terrace, indicating a potential risk of peeling in the future. Despite my consistent efforts to resolve the issue, including follow-ups with the Asian Paints supervisor and the dealer, Raj Electrics, for the past two months, the problem persists. A patch-up work was attempted, but the surface remains uneven, and several bubbles remain unresolved.
This level of service is not what I expected from Asian Paints, especially after being assured of reliability and a 10-year warranty. It has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
I am attaching photographs clearly showing the bubble formations and the uneven patches that were attempted during the previous visit. These visuals serve as evidence of the issue at hand and the need for urgent action.
I have already contacted your helpline number[protected] and sent a previous email to [protected]@asianpaints.com, but unfortunately, the responses thus far have been unsatisfactory. Hence, I kindly request you to escalate this matter to a higher level within your customer service department for immediate and effective resolution.
In the event that the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I request a complete refund for the "AP SMARTCARE, ADVANCE DAMP, PROOF | 5457" service alone. I trust that Asian Paints will honor its commitment to customer satisfaction and take swift action to rectify the situation.
