I am doing my painting services through Asian Paints which I think I did a big mistake. From day 1 I was told that the last phase of sanding process will be a machine work no man made sanding will be done in the last phase. But to my surprise nothing has happened according to their promises. Moreover the most ridiculous thing is that till now no executive has been appointed to my site. So everyday I have to visit the site leaving all my work aside. And the customer relation officer who actually was there when contract was formed hardly pick up my phone. Whenever you will need him he will never pick up phone.
This is really really a unprofessional attitude from your side. Either you solve my issue or I have to think some different way.
