The bussiness marketing manager ofasianet tv, puthiyara, calicut doesnt not know to behave properly wth customers, especially when it's a women. I went to tell him tht without any prior notice my cable was cut, and my mobile number was not updated in the system and they were unnecessarily charging me 1000rs for the reconnection. Whn u guyshv not send any msg on my mobile how do i know? Mr. Anish spoke very badly and asked me to disconnect the connection. I never hesitated to pack the bill n hv always done advanced payment hen how can ur employee talk to the customers like that? If he continues this way no longer asianet will close down..
