Asianet — Worst customer service for asianet digital TV | |||
Hi, This is to bring to your notification that your franchisee in Kannileth Cable TV Networks, Haripad(Alappuzha District) is offering worst support for the customers. I've registered a set top box issue through phone to the office guys on 18th October 2015 and so far there's no response from them regarding this. (New ADTV Subsriber Code alloted by SMS - MAL: 08803926DB8B) I've been ringing them atleast twice a day from 18th onwards to remind them, for five days they told the support guys would attend the issue soon, and yesterday she told to bring the damaged set top box to their office for the check up. Moreover, the way the lady sitting at their office behaved to the phone calls will definitely reduce your existing customers. The normal dialogue is "I dont have time now. Call after 10mins". Anyways today I've brought home a new dish tv and it's bubye to Asianet Digital TV. If you have plans to broaden your network, please please get rid of your franchisees like this or recruit some staff who atleast know how to behave at the customers. Thanks.
