The defective Air Sofa-cum-bed was supplied by Ask me bazaar on[protected] afternoon. The very next day morning I filled Air and observed that the air is leaking out of the Main Sofa and the product is defective and not in a usable condition. Hence Immediately on the same day I raised the complaint in the askmebazaar.com/ support/ticket and I was issued the ticket no. 31456 on[protected] to my E-mail. After this to review the progress I was constantly logging in to the ticket area and view for further updates. The site was showing "Processing" even after 2 weeks. Then I contacted their customer care no.[protected], and I was told that they don't know anything about the ticket since the ticket serving team and the customer care team is different, but told me to wait for 10 working days. Then all of a sudden they closed the complaint without resolving the complaint nor refunding the money. When I contacted them again they told me to raise another ticket. I couldn't understand the reason for this. So as per their direction the same was done with ticket no. 38454. Every day I use to check the status. Ths status was showing "Processing" all these days." Then 4 days back there was a mail stating that my Bank IFSC Code is to be updated. For that I E-mailed to them my Pass Book Front Page with Photo ID which contain all details regarding my Bank A/c. After that their site shows that "Awaiting your response...". I am unable to understand what response they require from me. Now 24 days are over after raising the first complaint 31456. They are simply prolonging the case instead of solving my genuine grievance. I fail to understand how much time they require to solve my ticket. I strongly recommend the viewers to go for on-line purchase from site like shopclues.com, amazon.com, flipcart.com, Lot of stock.com where the customer support team is friendly, very quick in response and the TAT (Turn around Time) to solve grievances is within a maximum of 7 days. The experience in askmebazaar is, we would be anxious, with much tension, no TAT, no response from the given support phone number and we are wasting much of our precious time in follow up action.

Please refer the above complaint regarding defective Air Sofa supplied to me by Ask me Bazaar and the ticket raised by me immediately vide ticket Number 31456 dt.[protected] in askmebazaar/support/ticket. This ticket was closed by the customer support team without solving the issue nor refunding the money. When contacted they told me to raise another ticket 38454. This also I did. Now on checking the status in the ticket site I find that they have closed this new ticket 38454 also without solving the issue and refunding the money. This is really shocking and a clear case of ill treating and harassing genuine customers. I strongly recommend all viewers to avoid purchase from this cheating site. Not only we lose money by receiving spurious, damaged/defective products but when we approach
the Customer Support team with our grievance we would be dragged to unnecessary correspondences and long long delay in redressing the grievance is involved. As you see in my case both my tickets are closed by them, 4 weeks has elapsed and I have not received justice till date. Now I pray God that I receive the hard earned money back and also pray God to close down such filthy on line shops so that genuine buyers would not be put to hardships and subjected to cheating.

Please refer the above detailed complaints on damaged/defective Air sofa supplied by askmebazaar. The original ticket 31456 raised on[protected] was closed by support askmebazaar team arbitrarily without solving/refunding the money. When I protested for such a closure I was told to raise another complaint, which I did with ticket number 38454. I was constantly checking the status for updates. Now it is really shocking to note from the site that they have closed this new ticket 38454 that too without resolving the complaint or refunding the money. Now 4 weeks has elapsed, and I have not received justice. It appeared from their previous mail that they are about to do refund. Now this is not done. At least before closing a complaint the support team should ensure that the grievance is redressed. Here it is not so. After 4 weeks they have simply closed the 2nd ticket also. I strongly recommend the viewers not to go for any purchase from this cheating on line store. Let my case be an example to others of how genuine customers are put to such hardships and long prolonged silence by their support team and finally closing the tickets without solving the issue or refunding the hard earned money. Now God only knows whether I would get back the hard earned money.
