[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar.com — Defective product delivered and harassment for refund | |||||
I have ordered a pendrive from askmebazaar.com that i received on 28th august. The pendrive was faulty one and i raised a complaint the same day about defective product being delivered. Since then i have called them 7 times and they have provided me 3 complaint ids for refund process but even after more than one and half months i haven't got my money back. Every time i call them they put call on hold and i have wasted more than 40 rs in calling them. Also not sure why every-time they are asking to verify bank account details.
