Order No: AB6153899 Complaint ID: QRC59277394 Dear Team, I have received the defective product on 3rd Nov 2015 evening. After checking the product immediately called customer care for return. But even after being on hold for 5 minutes did not get any respond. Then very next day morning again called and filed a complaint for product return as the product is defective and not functioning at all. As I paid by cash so they asked me my Bank detas and I provided all details for refund. Complaint ID is QRC59277394. But it is already past 2 days but neither I received any call after that for return nor the product got picked. Kindly look into this and do the needful.
