Ask Me Bazaar.com — Unable delivered my order

Dear sir,

We are inform you that i book one order in ask me bazaar online shopping .
My order id. Ab3638114 dated.18./06/2015. After i call this office how many day this prose's.
They told me in 7 days delivery product.
Today more than 11days complied. But my order not received.
I call phone no.[protected] but all person not answer me and no any replay.When i talk with customer person all man & ladies use very bad langues.
This is company only cheating all person.

Please sir very struck action against this company.
