Ask Me Bazaar — Faulty product delivered | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a sony power bank on 2nd may 2015 from ask me bazar. The order id is AB2690407. The power bank delivered to me was of company " MI". Also the product is not functioning. I had given complaint regarding the same & had mailing conversation ample of times. My complaint no is QRC547239. Post complaint there was an attempt to pick the product only once that too when I was out of station on 20th may. I had clearly informed that I will not be available for 15 days so kindly pick the product before 16th may or after 1stjune. After coming back I had given series of calls & mails for the pick up of the product & refund of my money but there is only one reply from the customer care that they will pick up the product .It is now 2 months nor the product is being picked nor refund is been initiated. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. This is highly irresponsible behavior from a company like ask me bazaar, showing one product & delivering another.
