[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Online shopping problem and delay | |||
I ordered some product from askme bazaar online on 25 march, 2016 at 11:46am and it has not been delivered yet. Even they didnt give any confirmation mail or message on my phone number later i confirmed my order by calling customer care and they told me order id as ndd11088518. These people are worst in consumer care and they promise for next day delivery and today 72 hrs has been passed and no information is provided to me for delivery. Even their site cant track my product and customer care people are so helpless that they doesnt know where my package is or when it is going to deliver. Today when i called to one customer care executive and asked her to transfer my call to their top officials then she made it hold quite long and then hung up the phone.
