I bought a saree worth Rs.549 on 1st July. All i received was a mail with confirmation and order number. After which i waited for 11 days for the material to arrive. After 11 days i called up the customer care to check the status. They said they will update me the status in 10 days. After 10 days i called them up for to enquire the status. They said the supplier has not dispatched the product, we will check and let you know when it will be possible for them to send. I was really frustrated, so i asked them to cancelled the order. They said i will inform the concerned department to do that. Today 22 July, i called up to reconfirm, for which they said the order is cancelled and it will take another 10 days to refund the money.
My concern is why do they take 10 days for every activity? Why cant they call up and update the status? why cant they sent a mail? why does the website have any tracking system like other online brand.
