[Resolved]  Ask Me Bazaar — Regarding Placed Order AB4383457 From Ask Me Bazaar

Respected Team, I ordered an Cosco Aggression Squash Racquet on August 01, 2015 and as soon as I placed the order I received an email and message from Ask Me Bazaar mentioning the order number and that's the last information I have received from them till date. The email received from them didn't contain any other information regarding the shipment date and delivery mode. So I called the help desk number +[protected] to get more information on the product. Please note that I have been told all the below conversations that I am mentioning are present on their logs. So anyone can confirm and let me know if I have mentioned anything wrong. During my first call on August 01, 2015 morning, the person told that you have just placed your order and it would take 3-4 hours to process your order. So I would have to make a call after 3-4 hours. Hence I made the call at noon on the same day to get information and the only information I received was "you will get the product in 10 days from the date of delivery". I asked them about the shipment and approximate date and they said, you will surely receive the product by 10 days (that comes onto August 10, 2015), to which they agreed. Question: If this is the only information that they had to provide, couldn't they mention it to me on my first call itself? Even after 5 days, when I was not given any information regarding the product (whether the product has been shipped/dispatched/ courier service details), I called them again and asked and again I received only one line "you will get the product in 10 days from the date of delivery" Question: Don't you all have any sort of information regarding the tracking and shipment of the product? Now being the tenth day, I called them to get some information and I have called them thrice. Mentioning all call discussions below. First call was placed at around 8:30am and the person said you will get the product by today evening or by today end of day. He provided me a tracking number "[protected]" of a delivery company "will disclose the name on request" to track the product. After the call, I checked online on the website and it says that the tracking number is invalid. For which, I placed my second call. I told the executive that I am calling to get the correct tracking number and she said the same number above. I told her that the number is incorrect and to provide me a valid number. She said, its the only number we have and provided me a new information. (the product will not be given to you in 10 days and it will be provided to you within 10 working days excluding Sunday) and you will have to wait for 6-8 days more. I told her that I need to speak to superior for the same and she said as no superiors are in office (around 9:30 am), I will have to call after 1 hour. Now, I placed my third call (around 11:30 am) and I mentioned that I need to speak to a senior right away, for which she mentioned to tell me the problem to her. I mentioned the complete history to her and she now provided me a new information that "the tracking number[protected] is not a tracking number and its a docket number". And my product has not being shipped. I asked her, why was the incorrect information provided to me earlier and she said "SORRY with no explanation". After which I asked her just one question "as an approximate date as to when the product would be shipped" and she can't provide me that information. To which I again told her that if she cannot provide me the information, please let me speak to a superior from whom I can get some information and they said that since they are in a meeting, I would have to call after 2 hours. Questions: - Are all customer care representatives having different information regarding the product? Because as per the 3 calls I made today, 2 people mentioned that its the tracking number and one mentioned its a docket number and cannot be used for tracking. - Why is it mentioned to me on the 10th day that 10 working days excludes Sunday? - Why does every customer care representative tell me to wait for different set of days for the product? One mentions by today EOD and the other mentions wait for couple of days and the other mentions, minimum 6- 8 days from today. Kindly let me know the resolution and if I can go ahead and cancel the order. If yes, at least tell me the procedure for the same. Kindly let me know in case you need any more details from my end. Received product after 18 days. As the product is in working condition, I am closing this complaint. But I request AskMeBazaar to be a bit more helpful towards the customers. A better tracking routine, on time delivery, providing correct information of the product and a better support for the ordered products would be beneficial for the customer.

As mentioned above, I called the help desk number and once again I spoke to a person who said she is the senior (name would be disclosed on request).
As per her, she has mentioned that I would get the product by Thursday (August 13, 2015) and if I wish to cancel the product, I can cancel it at doorstep and cannot take the cancellation order from her office. She has mentioned that the cancellation of the product would be free of charge.

Mentioning the same here as I wish to inform the information provided to me and I should not face any issues later on if I wish to cancel the product when I (and if ever) receive a call for the product.

I received the product yesterday August 18, 2015, where as I was expecting the product to be delivered to me by August 10, 2015.
However, as I have received the product, I am resolving this complaint.

But I request AskMeBazaar to be a bit more helpful towards the customers.

A better tracking routine, on time delivery, providing correct information of the product and a better support for the ordered products would be beneficial for the customer.

I apologize if I have hurt anyone by my words.
