I ordered a product “ultimate shoe combo pack” order no.- 4811730 on 2/4/2016. I received the product on 12/4/2016 before 12.00 noon. I request replacement “i ordered a product order no.- 4811730, ultimate shoe combo pack total rs.- 758.00. I select size- 9. But your have no size chart. I select for my last ordered size. But this size is bigger for me. I want to replace this as size - 8. Pl. Arrange this processes as soon as possible. Think you.” through askmebazaar’s email [protected]@askmebazaar.com on 13/4/2016 at 5.30 am. Again 16/4/2016 at 9.17 am. But no reply. After that i call to this no.[protected] on 18/4/2016 at 7.36 am. They said you request placed is not proper way or after 48 hrs. Which is not satisfied askmebazaar’s terms and conditions. So we not forwarded your request. Sorry.
I said if it is not proper way then you must inform me how i request. They said sorry.
Secondly i also sent a mail that
There web page is not friendly. I can't find tracking order, complain tag. So i mail askmebazaar’s email [protected]@askmebazaar.com,
1st time for tracking my order- they reply
2nd time for replacement order- they not reply.
Now they are not entertaining me.
