Ask Me Bazaar — They are not responding me about my product

I've placed a product on 15 days back, till now it didn't come, They are not providing me tracking information also. They are saying that product is dispatched. I've paid the money. The customer care is not replying on mails. I've lodged a complaint through phone but I didn't get the complaint confirmation mail to my mail id.
