[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar.com — Fault Product delivered | |||
Hi, I had ordered JBL speakers through AskMeBazaar.com. My order number is AB7178571. They have sent me another local speaker which is a faulty device on 18th of November I had contacted them via phone but due to lot of voice breaks i better thought to mail them. I have mailed them on Nov 20th for which they didn't reply and then i mailed on 25th for which the have still not replied. I either want to return the product or get my product exchanged with a working one. Please help me with the same.
