This is to state that i had placed one order for induction utensils on 8th may (Order num:ab2861598) . . . Till now no update. I had called their customer service[protected] number of times. . They give the same excuse that we had informed to their concerned department. . No resolution. . . They had given a tracking number. . And when i had mail to the courier company (Delhivery courier) ,. They say they are not able to locate anything order with the reference number or the order number which i had mailed to them. . Repeated attempt to contact their customer service by mail. . No reply so please do the needfull at the earliest so that no more customer has to face such problems in near future with this company. . I expect you to take strict action and help me get my refund. . .
