I booked surya gas stove on 30th october 2015 Order Id: AB6844369 i received product at 7th nov 2015 product quality was poor and switches are damaged looking like 2nd hand ofter see this product I requested for return & refund on 9th nov2015 complint number is QRC62745683 ofter this i called ask me bazaar customer care many times(more than 6times) but they said wait for 13 working days (till 25th nov 2015 same dialog come from ask me bazaar customer care) when i called on 26th nov 2015 they said our executive called you for reverse pickup on 16th nov 2015 but your not received the call but my point is when i called to askmebazaar 9th to 25th nov 2015 (more than 6times) that time they never said this issue but when i called on 26th nov 2015 I get this answer from askmebazaar.com executive, & till asking more time for resolving problem but can't solve because they are cheater's Was this information helpful? | |||||
