AB12054110P1550572.I have first time purchased online through ask me bazaar last night but till now I didn't get back any SMS and calls from delivery confirmation. I have called to customer care executive from today morning to till evening but I didn't get any satisfactory answer about delivery status.it's a very bad experience with ask me bazaar.com and I advice to other people don't buy any product online there.

I have purchased orient company cooler model cp3001h online by askmebaazar on 12.05.2016 Invoice no is KS-231/16-17, order no-AB12054110P5667447, cooler serial no is[protected]. Now I am facing cooling problem and cooler body Sound by touching its fan with front moving blade in a low and medium mode and sometimes throwout water from tank outside on moving blade from last night on 20.05.2016. I am feared about fan rubbing to blade because its moves from actual place . I have already attached Invoice copy for purchased details.

Its a my first experience with electric items with orient company cooler. Arrange a good and experience technician for repairing on priority before misshaping with my family.

Fake commitment with me by orient company about repairing on dated 24.05.2016. No one technician has come at my home for repairing cooler as commited by company executive. My daughter is effected with loose motion by hot temperature in my house because cooler is out of service.how long I have to be wait for repairing cooler. If company is not attained complained on commitment dated then must be penalised according to consumer law. I have already harassed with company fake commitment.
