[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — Amount not refunded till date

I have ordered 2 products on 19/02/2015 (Order no - Mo[protected])(Skyline Electric Cordless Kettle) & 21/02/2015 (Odrer no - AB[protected]Ajanta Wrist Watch for Women). Out of which I have not received the order no - Mo[protected] till date and when I confirmed the same in Askmebazzar customer care, they said that order has been cancelled on 11/03/2015 for which I have no information. For another order no - AB1220864, I have received some different product instead of the same product which I have ordered. So when I received and checked the product, I called in customer care for reverse pickup for this product which has been reversed. But till date I have not received my amount in my bank account. I have updated my bank account details in customer care of Askmebazaar. For order no - Mo[protected], I have paid Rs. 400. For order no - AB1220864, I have paid Rs. 124. So I expect total of Rs. 524 will be credited in my account which I don't know when it should be credited as the services of Askmebazaar is very bad and not worthy to purchase anything from this site. Please try to get my money refunded asap in my account and confirm.

Askmebazaar is simply fraud company and they are making customer fools. I have received the call from askmebazaar and the executive told me that the mount of Rs. 124 will be refunded in my bank account but the amount of Rs. 400, they were not ready to refund as they told me that I have used the coupon and same coupon code will be available for me within 2 working days. Today I have tried to use the same coupon code which they provided to me but I am unable to do so as this is invalid coupon now.

So My request to Consumer Complaints forum to take the strict action and resolve my problem permanently. I don't want any voucher, I don't want to purchase anything from askme bazaar anymore as I really don't want to bother anymore. if you can then please try to try to refund my money of Rs. 400 in my bank account.

If you will ask for coupon to be activated then they will surely activate the coupon but they will also take 1-2 months to deliver the product or most probably by my experience they will cancel my product without informing me. So please I don't want to order from askmebazaar.

All the executive who are calling to customer are like robot they are repeating the same line everytime but not ready to resolve the things. All the uneducated in askmebazaar.

Really had a very bad experience and not at all recommend to anybody to shop from this site.
