Askmebazaar — Askmebazaar does not give my money about fauty powerbank

Hi, I have ordered power bank from Askmebazaar by crediting online amount on dated 15th April. the power bank is faulty. i have called customer care they took power bank back and told they will refund my money through given account no. Now today almost 1 month is gone every time when i called the customer care told money will be credited in 48hrs. But no one is called. Please help me out.
