Dear Sir/Madam, Order ID - AB864544, 19-Jan 15, Item- Mi Power bank 10400 (Xiaomi) The item is not original its duplicate. I have got a call they will give me cash back for 400 Rs as item is not valid but till now there is no cash back or refund is initiated. I called customer care multiple time and those people are assuring me that i will get a call from backend but it seems the back end team is not working and there is no update till now.
