[Resolved] Askmebazaar — AskMeBazaar - Payment not refund | |
I have purchased a two New Ray Mi Power Bank 10400 mAh with order id AB2516442 on dated 23-April-2015. As these power bank are not working properly I raised a return request for them(qrc471846, qrc429217). On 28th April I have returned these product. From them I have called your customer care number so many times for my refund. but every time they say that you will get refund with 5-7 working days. even for this they have raised more than 3 ticktets. When I called your customer care on 10th of june they told me that your refund has been processed. But I didn't get any refund from you guys.

I didn't get any call from them, Just a service. Instead of getting call ask me customer care, I got call from fake Ask me customer care. When i informed them they did nothing. Just a service provided to the customer. I will never recommend any one to purchase anything from this site. First they SOLD YOU DUPLICATE PRODUCT, THEN THEY WILL MADE EXCUSES FOR REFUNDING YOUR MONEY.
