[Resolved] Askmebazaar — AskMeBazaar Sent Fake and damaged Mi Power Bank | |||
Today I received Mi 10, 400 mAH powerbank from AskMeBazaar.com Order# DGA3270380 Once I opened the package and saw the product I realized the product is all fake and not at all genuine. The product is really of a bad quality and did not even matched the color, branding information with original peice as shown in their website. Also, the case of the product was broken because of the bad and poor packaging. I immediately reported this case to AskMeBazaar customer care number and they have agreed to refund the amount in 10-12 days after product is handed over to their return team withing 7 days of complaint registration. Complaint # QRC27929761 Hence, I expect the refund to be around 20-Jun without fail.
