On [06th Sep 2015], I bought [Deemark Tummy Trimmer] from you for Rs. 174/- however when i opened the packet I discovered that it was damaged in the following way:[broken pedal strap]. The condition of the item was your responsibility up to the point I received it and accordingly I am entitled for replacement. I would request that you confirm in the next 2 days that you will provide this remedy.
