Askmebazaar.com — No information of ordered items in the website even after two days

I ordered two items on askmebazar.com, to my surprise there so no item list of ordered items in the MY ORDERS tab. Customer care ticketing system is not responding. Customer care has only one answer "STOCK IS AVAILABLE" even after two days. No option to cancel the order...

And ticket complain no is #102303

I recommend all to not to order any item in this site and help if anyone could...thank you
