hi sir/mam, i had applied for order cancellation for my nova rechargable hair trimmer. i called them up, they assured me of cancellation but i'v not recieved any written confirmation. in case a delivery man comes at my house and asks for money, what proof do i have to show him for cancellation of order. kindly help me. my order id is AB3802073. thanks.
