Defective/counterfeit Samsung Power bank (9000 mah) received from Seller - Siya international (from Askmebazaar.com) which is not able to charge a phone for more than 10 minutes. On & off key is not working. Product has a Poor finishing and with defective quality. It looks like counterfeit Product. There is no bill provided with this purchase nor send it in email. It is waste of money and cannot be used for the purpose it is manufactured. I request for the replacement of product or money return. I raised this order on 14-Jun-2015 and it was delivered on 18-Jun-2015. I started calling customer care from 19-Jun-2015 but they were not able to retrieve my order information and told me to call after some time. I had called them 4 times and got same response till 22-Jun-2015. On 22-Jun-2015 they said I should report within 48 hours of delivery for any issues. I told them several times that I had called them but there was problem at there end but they dint want to listen anything. Very very unprofessional behavior.
