Askmebazaar.com — Non receipt of order(Next day delivery)NDD | |||||
I had placed order on askmebazaar site for Galaxy Note 5 64 gb and made complete payment by netbanking. But, I have not recieved, despite assurance from site many times. The site tracking for the order system does not work...while trying registering ..it says invalig email ig where they had confirmed order...while registering mobile..it says mobile does not exist..where they had verified number many times by sending various codes... That assures me that this site is not authenticate and they are fooling customer. NDD did not work. And neither I was apprised by to regarding non delivery of my order anytime. No feedback from site has actually made me believe that I did a drastic mistake of doing online purchase thru this site. Therefore, i am lodging complaint with consumer forum so that others may register about their inability to stand for the words. In one word if I hv to define ask me is simply pathetic.
