I purchased sunglass against order no AB 2024800 and delivered wrong product on 2nd May 2015. I called the customer care immediately and requested for refund. The complaint No is QRC-456801 dated 2nd May 2015. After several follow ups finally the reverse pick up happened after 20 days. Since then I am calling customer care for the refund. Made multiple calls but no refund so far. Each time I call I get same answer that apologies, excuses, sorry, we will address this on high priority, we will escalate to finance team and so on. I am also told that they refunded to my account on 4th June. I did not get any amount and I sent my account statement copy for verification as well. The below are the complaint numbers made so far. 2nd complaint Complaint with Reshmi on June 8 at 5.45 pm. Complaint number QRC[protected] 3rd Complaint with Padma on June 17 around 2 pm. Complaint Number QRC[protected] 4th Complaint made on July 7 at 9.30 am. Complaint number QRC[protected]. Send the Account statement for verification as well to [protected]@askmebazaar.com 5th complaint on July 14th 2015 around 1 pm. with Harrish. Complaint Number QRC[protected] 6th complaint on July 21st 2015 arount 12.30 pm Call to Pridvi – Call put on hold and disconnected Call to Jeswar - Call put on hold and disconnected Call to Mounica – and escalated to next level manager Navya – Complaint number QRC[protected].
