Askmebazaar.com — Refuse to deliver laptop ordered and provide alternate with different features now refusing to replace or refund

I had ordered for lenovo quad core i5 laptop model[protected]g0015gin) by paying full amount of rs. 22711 online to askmebazaar.com under order no.Ndd5045427 but they refused to deliver me same product which i have ordered. They send me alternate laptop model by shooting email to me that we are suggesting you other model.
I told them that i will check specifications first but in the meanwhile they delivered their alternate model to me within 3 - 4 hours.
After opening the packing i was stunned to see that it was i3 dual core laptop and not i5 quad core.I complained to them on their facebook department who gave me complaint no. 2849 which they are not ready to resolve by saying that it was different department of ours and you need to complain again.I also complained on phone no. [protected] but no resolution provided.
