[Resolved] Askmebazaar.com — Wrong product delivered by askmebaar.com | |||||
Hi, I had ordered for "Prestige 20427 Hard Anodised 5 L Pressure Cooker" Black color, where as the product delivered to me was "Prestige Apple Plus Aluminium Pressure Cooker - 5 ltr (Red Color) - 11058". Even though had reverted several mails and informed the customer service, the product had yet not been replaced. Instead they have been informing me that since I had not called them within 48 hours, they are unable to raise a complaint. They also stated that they do not have a complaint department (email) or phone to raise the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The issue has been raised send for so long, but there is no update. received a call from Srinivas from Askmebazaar asking to send the screenshot of Invoice & product box. Have sent it but there is no resolution yet.

Even after repeated complaints, no action has been taken. AskMeBazaar customere support team and the distributor had called stating that since they didn't had the product which had been ordered they have given a different product which is of low value & not acceptable.
After more than a month now, they are still calling and stating that issue is under process and will be reverted back. Such kind of pathetic service needs to be sued properly for the damage both mentally & monetarily.

Askmebazaar — Power Bank not working on the the delivery
I had purchased a power bank from AskMeBazaar and it was not working on the delivery itself. The order number is AB2526725 This was really a bad experience and need support. hi,
