Hi, I have order Xiaomi 10400mah Power Bank on askmebazaar.com as per Order ID: AB949293 on 28/01/2015 which has been delivered on 07/02/2015 by Delhivery as per AWB No.[protected]. Product which I have received is Counterfeited & Fake product as it has been failed the test to verify the genuine Xiaomi Power Bank as per guideline issued by Xiaomi. Genuine power bank used to full charge my phone atleast 4 times & the fake product which is delivered by you is not able to charge more than 60% in an any case & it has very bad finish compare to genuine one. Product which has been delivered by you has USB cable in which Mi has printed on it while genuine product doest't have & You can identify Power Bank please visit: http://www.techmesto.com/identify-fake-xiaomi-power-bank/ I have already complained for the same issue at your customer care as per complain No. QRC90999 on 08/02/2015 & have also sent the mail for that I have not received any callback or mail from your end it shows how wrost customer service you have after selling duplicate product. I again call your customer care on 10/02/2015 to accelerate my complain but till now the complain is still pending & waiting for your reply. Even it is the violation of "Intellectual Property Right" & is also covered by "Consumer Protection Act" legal action may taken against you for selling counterfeited product. Regards, Zeeshan
