As per discussion with you at your office (113, PARK STREET, PODDER POINT, 5TH FLOOR, BLOCK-D, and KOLKATA) in the afternoon I am informing all the details regarding the POWER BANK which was delivered from your company to my residential address.
On 29th of APRIL, 2015 I have ordered for a SONY POWER BANK of 10000mAH against the cost of 899/-(Rupees eight hundred ninety nine only). ORDER CODE WAS-AB 2631174. From your company they have assured the product will be delivered within 10 days of the booking. On 9 th of May, I made a call to your help desk[protected] regarding the delivery status. From the customer care they have received the complaint and give me a code (QRC 510000). On 14th of May, in morning at around 10.30 the product was delivered. After opening the packet I was surprised to see the product which was delivered. One Samsung power pack of 2600mAH is in the packet. In the meantime I have already paid the courier person 899/- by cash and after delivery within a flick second he has left the place. I (In this context I am informing you the mobile no. of that person is [protected].)
After that I have made a call to the courier person but he told me now the deal is between me and your concern. Then I have to call to your customer desk. I have informed all in details to Mousumi Mukherjee. She has given the same code against my complain (QRC 510000). IT ‘S ALSO SURPRISED ME A LOT. She has ensured me that the company will refund the money and she has taken all the details of my bank account.
After few minutes I made a call to your customer service because I have a suspicion regarding ASK ME BAZAR. (BECAUSE OF THE SAME CODE NO.) I have asked the official address of your company but she has refused to render the same. Then I have consulted with my CO-WORKERS of KOLKATA TV. One of them has helped me to find out the official address of your company.
After that I met with you at your office. After an half hour conversation you have given a contact number MR.SOURAJIT SARKHEL ([protected]) and you have told me this person is proper one regarding this issue. But MR. SARKHEL informed me that there is no link with ask me bazar and your company. He has sent me a number of SASHI KUMAR ([protected]).
Now the questions are arises from here:-
1) How many times I have to call from person to person regarding this issue?
2) Who will pay the phone bill?
3) Is there any link at all with your company and ask me bazar? (If it is, please clarify.)
4) Why the first and the second complain code is same?
5) Please inform the Designation of SOURAJIT SARKHEL.
6) If Mr.Sarkhel is holding a portfolio then why he tried to escape from this issue?
7) What was the problem lies to render your official address of KOLKATA?
Hope I will get the answer. I am also waiting how you will tackle this issue when the on line marketing is booming throughout INDIA.
My first priority to replace the POWER BANK otherwise refunds the money without any further delay.
