[Resolved] Askmebazaar — delivering products in non working condition | |||
dear, ask me bazar team i ordered the product in your website with order no AB3152674 on may 23, 2015.but it delivered on june 1st 2015 i received that product and went to other city for office work without opening the sealed packet.today i came back and open the sealed packet .when i want to check that product i found its not working.immediatley i called to your customer support team([protected]).but your people saying that we cant take the complaint after 48 hours.so actually the problem is i am not opened that product on that day.i dont know your return policy also. i am ordering so many products in your website and like your products also thats why i am already suggested to my friends and colleagues regarding about your deals they also ordered.i have a faith on you, you never miss a worthy customer.if possibilty is there you can take a complaint and arrange refund.if that is not possible this is the last mail from me and not willing to buy in future also.if you settle my complaint then our releation is going on like previousley and also inform to others "you can buy, that is trusted" best wishes to your team raviteja s contact num [protected] bank details: andhra bank accont number [protected] ifsc code ANDB0000001 NOTE:i already sent this mail to [protected]@askmebazaar.com to 2times.but no reply from your poor customer service mail team.
